Exciting news!

Upcoming improvements and non-profit status

The Niwot Local Improvement District graciously approved an application to fund 50% of three major updates to the Grange's main level hall. By the end of this month, the room will be painted and new acoustic ceiling tiles will be installed. In May, watch for new lighting fixtures throughout the hall.

These improvements will go a long way to upgrade the appearance while providing the large space with a warmer and more inviting ambiance.

The Grange organization is incredibly grateful for the NLID's support and looks forward to welcoming the community to come see the new appearance once the work is completed.

And even more exciting is an announcement of the establishment of a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization called Niwot Community Hall. This new entity is now the owner of the building housing the Grange and its existence means that tax-deductible donations may be made to support the maintenance and improvements to the building where all of the magic happens.

An online donation link will be added to the Grange website, and until then, donor advised funds are accepted along with checks made out to Niwot Community Hall at P.O. Box 264, Niwot, CO 80544.
