George Ray Russell, the Wrangler of Rhymes, in an afternoon performance of cowboy poetry and song.
Award winning Russell travels extensively bringing his love of the history and culture of cowboys of the American West. His original work, performed with a guitar, is a love song to horses, hard times, humor, music, and mules.

The Grange's own Bruce and Marcia Johnson will open for the show.
The show is free of charge with a suggested donation of $10.

World Puppetry Conference Wednesday to Sunday, July 19-23
|
Explore the playful and artistic expression of puppetry in historic Niwot. This conference is open to the public and sessions are available in-person and virtually.
|
Join enthusiastic puppeteers, well-seasoned storytellers, teachers, and healers for workshops and performances. Whether you're a beginner or have been working with puppets for many years, you'll appreciate the ways in which this conference offers practical experiences with puppets, marionettes, stagecraft and storytelling.

Open to the entire community, on Saturday, July 22, at 5 p.m., expert puppeteer, Hobey Ford, will be performing his original production titled Animalia, featuring his carved foam animal puppets. Ford has built and performed puppets for nearly five decades. Tickets for this show are $20 or $35 for a family ticket.

| Several motivated women in the real estate industry - lenders, real estate agents, and investors - are offering another opportunity to help others learn how to make money through real estate investments. The meeting is free. |

| | A Board of Directors role needs filling! The Grange's secretary, Bruce Johnson, is stepping down. We appreciate Bruce's admirable long-time volunteer service to the organization.

This means we are looking for a member or a non-member who would become a member, to be responsible for tasks that include: sending out monthly meeting notices and taking meeting minutes. Detailed duties are available upon request.

The new secretary would be an integral part of the Grange, helping to propel the organization to increased success as a community center and a rental venue.

| | | The highlights:| The Grange is an excellent and reasonably priced space for every occasion or event. There are two completely open spacious halls to choose from. The building has two bathrooms and a large kitchen. We provide ample tables and chairs to configure for big or small groups. |
Always free parking and WiFi.

The downstairs hall of the Grange is a great place for weddings, receptions, meetings, classes, musical events, and other functions for up to 100 people. The upstairs hall features wood paneling, a stage, and a very adaptable seating area. There's also an upstairs office for smaller meetings.
