Slow Food Boulder County Five Kingdoms Dinner
We are celebrating the Year of the Mushroom. Our dinner will focus on Boulder area mushroom farmers, chefs who love them and producers who create healthy products with fungi. Enjoy amazing food and learn from a panel of mushroom lovers:

This farm to table dinner showcases the 5 food kingdoms: animal, plant, fungi, protozoa and algae. Chef Donna Merten and Greg Ashbaugh work together with local Boulder County farms to create this unique dinner showcasing how the land feeds us.
Cocktails will be provided by Dryland Distillers.
