Mala Bo Fan, former owner of Fan’s Chinese Cuisine and the Niwot Conoco gas station, and longtime licensed practical nurse, is offering “Fan’s Senior Recreation.” The sessions are geared toward helping Niwot seniors keep their bodies healthy through daily activities and delicious, nutritious foods.
Mala spent 6 years studying at a medical college and has 20 years of experience working in hospitals and nursing homes. Now she’s excited to share her knowledge with Niwotians.
